Sipra Terms of Service

Important Notice: Please read these Terms before using Sipra. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sipra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Sipra. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website updates, or other reasonable means. Continued use of Sipra means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
Sipra is a hydration and health-habit management app. Features may include hydration logging, goal calculation, reminders, statistics, Apple Watch, Widgets, caffeine and alcohol tracking, AI reports, sync, avatars, subscriptions, and purchases. Feature availability may vary by device, OS version, region, permissions, network, subscription status, and service availability.
3. Account and User Responsibilities
- Sipra currently primarily supports Sign in with Apple and guest login. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple ID, and system credentials.
- You should provide accurate and reasonable profile and record information. Incorrect input may affect goals, statistics, AI reports, and estimates.
- You must not abuse, hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, attack, or bypass Sipra, subscription systems, third-party services, or Apple system mechanisms.
- You must not use Sipra for unlawful, dangerous, infringing, or harmful purposes.
4. Health and AI Disclaimer
- Sipra's hydration suggestions, caffeine analysis, alcohol metabolism estimates, AI reports, reminders, and statistics are for habit management and informational reference only.
- Sipra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency advice, or professional health services, and does not replace doctors, dietitians, emergency services, or other professionals.
- If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, take medication, have dietary restrictions, alcohol-related risks, or other health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
- In an emergency or if you feel unwell, contact local emergency services or a medical provider immediately. Do not rely on Sipra.
5. Alcohol and BAC Disclaimer
- Sipra does not encourage drinking or excessive alcohol use. Alcohol features are for logging and risk awareness only.
- BAC, metabolism time, clearance time, and related messages are model-based estimates and may be materially inaccurate due to individual differences, input errors, food, medication, health status, and alcohol absorption speed.
- No BAC or alcohol-related result may be used as a basis for driving, operating machinery, law enforcement, legal, insurance, medical, workplace, or safety decisions.
- Follow local laws. Do not drive or engage in dangerous activities after drinking.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Sipra may offer Premium auto-renewable subscriptions or other purchases. Available features, billing periods, trials, offers, and prices are shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
- After purchase confirmation, your Apple ID account will be charged. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under Apple's rules unless you turn off auto-renewal in time.
- You can cancel or manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings, the App Store, or Apple ID subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Sipra cannot directly approve, deny, or process Apple payment refunds. You may request refunds through Apple's official channels.
- If subscription validation, Apple ID, network, or related services are unavailable, Premium features may be temporarily unavailable.
7. Third-Party Service Availability
Some Sipra features rely on Apple or third-party services, such as sign-in, health data, weather, AI analysis, avatars, sync, subscriptions, and notifications. If related services are interrupted, changed, unavailable, or region-restricted, related features may fail, be delayed, or become temporarily unavailable.
8. Privacy and Data
Please read the Sipra Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, share, and protect data. By using Sipra, you understand the related data processing practices.
9. Intellectual Property
Sipra and its interface, design, text, graphics, icons, code, trademarks, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without authorization.
10. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features within reasonable limits. If you violate these Terms, laws, or third-party platform rules, we may restrict or terminate your access to Sipra. You may stop using Sipra at any time and delete data or cancel subscriptions through the available app and system controls.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Sipra is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use Sipra, third-party service interruptions, incorrect data input, estimate inaccuracies, subscription validation failures, network issues, or device problems.
